General Information & Applicability
1.1 Nature of the Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users ("User") of the min77 platform and all its services, and min77. By browsing the min77 website (min77.bar), creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
1.2 Scope of Services
min77 is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other related entertainment services. The platform offers a complete service in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.
1.3 Relationship with Other Policies
In addition to these Terms, min77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. All these documents together form the complete agreement between the User and min77. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use the min77 platform. A valid identity document may be required to verify age at the time of account creation. These services are available only to those aged 21 or above.
2.2 Single Account Requirement
Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
Online gambling may be regulated or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Users must confirm for themselves that using this service from their place of residence or location is permitted under local law. The legal responsibility rests with the User.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time and the balance being forfeited.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
min77 may request documents for identity verification at any time. The following documents may typically be required for verification:
- Certified copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
min77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
3.3 Password & Account Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
min77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). New methods may be added in the future.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.
4.4 Source of Funds
Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. In the case of suspicious transactions, min77 may conduct an investigation and notify the relevant authorities.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
- min77 may set a maximum bet limit per wager when using bonus funds.
- Not all games may contribute equally to the wagering calculation.
- min77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in specific circumstances.
5.4 Other Promotions
The terms of regular promotions and offers will be published separately and will apply within specified time limits. If any ambiguity exists in the terms of a promotion, min77's decision will be final.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
For sports betting, all odds will be determined based on the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. If an event is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, the bet will be settled in accordance with min77's existing rules.
6.2 Live Casino & Slots
Certified Random Number Generators (RNG) are used in all casino games to ensure fairness. Each game outcome is independent and does not depend on previous results.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a bet or game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, min77 reserves the right to settle it according to its policy. min77 has the right to void bets placed as a result of clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Fraud & Manipulation
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Playing using bots, automation software, or any form of artificial assistance
- Attempting to collect bonuses by operating multiple accounts
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Colluding with other users to influence outcomes
- Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorised access
- Using a false identity or another person's information
7.2 Bonus Abuse
Applying risk-free betting strategies solely for the purpose of collecting bonuses will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 min77's Rights
min77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Evidence or suspicion of a breach of the Terms
- During an investigation into fraudulent activity
- If identity verification is incomplete
- In the case of a security risk
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by User
A user may request to close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed.
Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection & Use
min77 collects and processes personal data necessary for providing its services. Detailed guidance on data use can be found in our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Security Measures
All transactions and personal data are protected by SSL encryption. min77 follows industry-standard security protocols for data protection. Data is not sold to third parties, however it may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
min77 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. min77 is not liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.
10.2 Third-Party Software
min77's liability is limited in respect of any issues arising from the software of third-party game providers used on the platform (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.).
10.3 Betting Losses
Financial loss is an inherent risk in online betting and gambling. min77 does not provide any compensation for money lost in gambling. The user consciously and voluntarily accepts this risk.
Responsible Gaming
11.1 Age Verification & Protection
min77 is committed to protecting minors from gambling. If it becomes known that an account is being operated by a minor, the account will be closed immediately.

12.1 Right to Make Changes
min77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.
12.2 Continued Use After Changes
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
12.3 Dispute Resolution

12.4 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between the user and min77, and replace all prior oral or written understandings.
